A team tracked client cases but handled intake by hand, re-keying information clients had already submitted. It was slow, it was error-prone, and it pulled time away from the actual casework.

What we built
We built a Microsoft Access case-tracking app with an auto-import feature that pulls new submissions straight from MS Forms, so intake flows in automatically instead of being typed in twice.

New cases now land in the tracker automatically — cutting manual entry by an estimated eight hours a week and removing the re-keying errors that came with it.
