These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the YittBox website and any related services, including our website chat, contact forms, project estimator, and our business phone line (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

YittBox is a custom software, IT, and digital-marketing agency for small and mid-sized businesses. We build custom web apps, databases, and websites, convert Access/Excel workbooks into modern web apps, build and host custom reporting and dashboards, and provide digital-marketing services. Any estimate produced by our instant Project Estimator, or discussed before a signed proposal, is a non-binding ballpark. A real quote, scope, and timeline are only established in a written proposal.

You agree not to misuse the Services — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, interfering with the Services' normal operation, scraping the site at a disruptive rate, or using the Services to transmit anything unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit to us through a form, chat, upload, call, or text message.

The YittBox name, logo, and the content, design, and code of our website (excluding content we've built or delivered for a specific client under a separate agreement) are owned by YittBox or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our site content without our written permission, except for normal personal browsing and citation.

The Services, and any information on our website (including estimator results, blog content, and tool outputs), are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any project outcome, timeline, or cost will match a non-binding estimate. A firm scope, timeline, and price are only established in a signed proposal.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YittBox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or reliance on non-binding information provided through them (including estimator results or general guidance given in chat or by phone/text). Our total liability for any claim arising from a paid engagement is limited to the amount you paid us for that engagement, governed by the specific written agreement for that project where one exists.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Revised" date and will be effective as soon as it is posted. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
