Automating a manual record-by-record merge of two systems' exports into one report.
The problem
A team merged an Excel report from one third-party system with an export from a second system, matching them record-by-record on a membership / envelope number — entirely by hand. It was tedious, time-consuming, and easy to get wrong.
What we built
We automated the integration so both sources are merged and reconciled on the membership / envelope key automatically, right inside the report — no manual matching.
The result
A reporting cycle that used to take about half a day of manual matching now takes minutes, and it's produced reliably the same way every time.
